Return & Exchange Policy

Returns/Exchange Policy:- 

  1. We offer 1 day hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery.
  2. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of INR 120 will be applicable at the time of refund per order in case of returns.
  3. For exchanges, the to and fro shipment charge of 200/- will be applicable.
  4. To claim any product damages, the UN-CUT package opening video is mandatory. The damage must be shown in the same video. If the product is faulty, MISSLY will be completely responsible to exchange your product with FREE OF COST.
  5. Pick-up will be attempted twice, If both attempts fail, you’ll have to self-ship the product to the company address and share the tracking details within 2-3 days. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
  6. Payments made with the COD option will receive store credit which can be used within 1 year.
  7. For prepaid orders, you'll be eligible for refunds to your source bank account.
  8. Within 3 days of receiving the product(s) by company, the product amount-(minus) INR 120 (in lieu of reverse courier charges) will be issued through above mentioned mode. Shipping Charges/COD charges are Non-Refundable.
  9. For each order, customers may choose either an exchange or a refund once. Multiple requests for the same order will not be entertained.
  10. Kindly allow 5-7 Bank days for the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
  11. For a return request to be accepted, all returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and should have their original tags, stickers, and packaging intact.
  12. Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time.
  13. You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a message to our whatsapp +91-9108828357. All queries will be solved between Monday-Sunday, 10am- 11pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. You will need to provide details and evidence for the issues you are facing with the product along with package opening video.  
  14. Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
  15. To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on Bodysuits/Bras. MISSLY may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
  16. In case of different items received/ missing items/ damaged items, opening video is mandatory and such cases should be raised to the customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. Beyond 24 hours, such queries will not be entertained.
  17. If you have received an SMS or EMAIL of order delivered status and if it's not received by you, please contact us within 24 hours. 


 SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:

  • In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to the following address that we provide as response to mail or message through whatsapp and pay for the same.
  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number are mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
    NOTE: We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India-owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
